i'm a bit obsessive sometimes, with the way i do things. everything has be be perfect. my room has to be organised, homework sorted, daily tasks listed out. and if i'm not on top of these things, i stress. it's not very healthy. i don't have OCD, and this isn't a disorder. this is just what i'm like. i'm recognising it & constantly trying to improve on myself, and now, that means making healthier habits. i share my experience with being a perfectionist and how you can make life easier for yourself by not worrying so much about your perfectly imperfect habits :)
