sometimes people tend to get stuck in the past. by people i mean me. all the time. i find myself looking back and wishing i had a time machine, but alas.. all we can do i live in the moment. i talk about the experiences i'll never forget, no matter how significant, and the memories that have been living at the back of my mind rent-free since they happened. the bottom line is: treasure your memories, but don't get lost in them.
i decided to shake things up a little. this week, Harry (a good friend of mine) joins me on the podcast to talk about teen life. we cover our thoughts on going into year 12, questions u guys asked and just a whole bunch of other off-track stuff... it was fun.
p.s go check out his yt channel: Hayych (he's blowing up by making edits of SAD-ist's videos and making them funny) https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnjJP9vmHsbEpWiLmFIevmQ/videos
what a fitting sequel to last week's episode, "how to survive high school". it's intimidating to think about what path you're going to take after high school and what you're going to do with your life.. so i dove into some advice on how to cope with stress and fear of the future, and how to not get overwhelmed by career choices. i also talk about my experiences with jobs and my thoughts on how to make life a bit less.. chaotic :)
everyone has their own experiences when it comes to high school. some love it, others can't wait for it to end. today i talk about some of my experiences in school - friends, school work, and the different stereotypes i notice.. but more importantly, how to deal with it all.
