Thinning

Run run running?!

This was hard, had a weird mental voice telling me to stop about half way through, best out and got the run dinger though!

I was supposed to be running round the emirates again but a sick wife (not in the good way) put pay to that, out with the Boy again though so all is well, struggled with the first run, it’s only getting harder from here!!

Owen had some real bad foot pain, this one was tough but we got through it, we ran up a dark alley and didn’t regret a thing!

Really need to remember the title format… went for 3rd run this time with the bit along ffor the ride

Week 1 Run 2 this time around the Emirates stadium with 3 minute runs and 3 minute walks…
