this is a story. a story about a young man who made the tough decision to end a relationship that no longer served him. he was sad and spending days in bed watching his favorite rom-coms and episodes of the golden girls, eating cookie dough by the bucket load. he toyed with the dating apps, adding his body type as "skinny arms." but he knew it was time for a change. 

flash forward to months later, after days of pumping iron, slapping on tacky fake tan and focusing on himself he revealed, on the gram, his REVENGE BODY. that's right flirties, we are discussing the glow up after a break up! 

jo & brit offer tips on how to enhance your mental and physical health, and maybe post a petty HOT selfie, after a break up. we discuss the superficial (hair styles, clothes, selfies) and the not-so-superficial (hobbies, financial independence, career changes) that can all happen when you find yourself single and focusing on you!

don't fret, this is the time to put yourself first, and not worry about finding the next ball and chain because, as jo says, there are lots of fish in the sea...to fry up in your skillet.

it's upon us, it's nearly here! christmas, the holidays! the food, the family, the drinks, the making of new mems! and what better way to celebrate than a good old self-care, takin' time for yourself, chill vibe, relaxi taxi (where my friends fans at?!) moment?

hey flurries, it's us, in our true... raw, unedited glory. this week is a little bit different, why? mainly because we had so much going on but also because we are trying to pilot a few things for 2022, obviously this hot mess being one of them lolz
