In this week’s This and That: A Coffee Chat with The Harra Team podcast, we cover the following topics:

Economic Report: The Federal Reserve cuts interest rates (finally)! Consumer Confidence Survey comes in and, let’s just say, confidence is down.

F1 Update: Talk about boring races. The Singapore Grand Prix was just that, boring. They didn’t get any rain during the event and, for the first time in the event’s history, no Safety Car. Almost all of the passing was done in the pits as the undercut was powerful.

We go on a bit of a rant on VCARB’s handling of the Danny Ricardo situation and race strategy.

Kellie reviews the F1 romance novel “Downforce.” You can get a copy of the book here:

https://www.amazon.com/Downforce-Pit-Lane-Hannah-Lily/dp/1738525902/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=

IndyCar: IndyCar introduced a charter system similar to NASCAR’s this week.

NFL Update: No big news as the season really starts to get into gear.

This and That: We play a game of This or That.
