From his responsibilities of aggregating data, to working with international partners, to for him working from home, Ronak  walks us through his summer internship at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He also shares his prior experience working at Estée Lauder and the journey to a "highly contested" finance Internship. Ronak offers valuable insight on how to pivot and strategically market/leverage prior experiences to land your dream job/internship. 

Our next Hottest Summer Internships series guest is recent Temple University graduate, Mya Sims (@myassims) talking about her STELLAR internship working for NASA. She shares the ins and outs of her summer internship working in contract management which due to COVID, was abruptly taken online for the first time. From advice on landing a position to hard technical skills, Mya opens up about her undergraduate journey, her internship, and advice for the future.

She also gives advice to other entrepreneurs and artists who have aspirations to follow a similar path. 

Jenny DeTore (@jennydetore) of @powerhousedancesj tells her story of starting dance classes for adults in southern New Jersey/Philadelphia area. She shares her career background working for a Big 4 Accounting firm in New York, to returning to her ultimate passion dance, and filling a hole in the market by providing adult classes and growing a supportive community and brand through social media marketing. 

I sat down with my sorority sister Zoe Furman (@thedjzo) who started her own company DJ ZO Designs. She shares her story of how designing custom sneakers out of her apartment grew to a large online business, featured on the feet of celebrities like Ben Simmons and NJ Real Housewife, Melissa Gorga. She shares the challenges that accompanied her growth and what she's working on for her business next. She also talks about DJing and how that's played a role in her sneaker biz!
