This week I bring you a wonderful interview with the founder of Sleepy Jo, Shelly.
SleepyJo is a space founded on modern-day minimalism and purposefully designed stationery and importantly is the creator of the worlds first Sleep Journal cross Diary Planner. Designed to reduce stress, put pen to paper and get a perspective on your sleep and day, write tomorrows to-do list, practice daily gratitude for a happier mind, end the day on a positive note and Ease middle of the night anxiety.
After this interview, I went straight onto the Sleepyjo website and brought the journal straightaway. And to be honest with you, I am the first to say no and turn my nose up to journaling, no matter how many times it has been recommended to me. Something else you may not know is that I am a terrible sleeper quite often I am up till after 1am due to anxiety build up. After journalising twice, I was fast a sleep by 9:30pm which is unheard of. And you bet ya I have been using it ever since.
I could not recommend the journal more.
Shelly is a ball full of passion and kindness, with so much to give and I soon realised this with how much she was willing to share about her journey to us. I particularly enjoyed her discussion on how she came up with the concept and how she turned an idea into something so incredible.
