This week we speak to Bryce Parker, we dive into his early life facing an eating disorder at just 14 years of age and how he came to release his book Face-to-Face which dives into his journey on what happened, advice on beating the illness as well as anxiety and depression.
0.3 % of males suffer from Anorexia (1 in every 3,000 men) after diagnoses there is only a 50% chance it will be completely cured. In serious cases, 1 in 3 will die from the illness. Anorexia in males has the highest mortality of any other mental illness. Anorexia is affecting more and more people in modern society and it is not talked about enough.
