  • Believing in God

Brother Kingsley shows us in this bible study that God's eternal purpose has been the same from the Old to the New Testament.

We trace God's eternal purpose from Adam and see how the devil subtly introduces sin and how God declares His plan for salvation to Abraham, our father of Faith.

  • The Lonely Journey of Faith - Part 6

In the final part of this teaching series

Brother Sam examines the idea of God's sovereignty and man’s responsibility as a man of faith.

How did Abraham go about his desires and surrendering to God's will?

He mentions prayer. A man of faith prays and keeps praying until the Lord answers. A man of faith doesn’t act like everything is under his control but trusts in God who has control.

God is sovereign over all affairs but a man of faith will pray to the Sovereign Lord because his trust is in God and not any external outcomes. For God is the only constant.

  • What the Bible Says About Forgiveness of Sins - Part 2

Brother Seye continues his teaching series on what the bible says about the forgiveness of sins.

In this bible study, we hone in on Romans 6, from which we examine two important thoughts with us.

    2. Choosing your chains wisely

    4. The Lonely Journey of Faith - Part 5

Brother Sam Oyeyinka continues the teaching series on the lonely journey of faith.

Expanding on the previous part, he dives deeper into Genesis 17:1-2 and explains how the faith of Abraham Is a blameless faith.

Drawing on parallels found in the epistles, he explains the necessity of the believer walking in holiness and righteousness. The believer ought to be grieved at falling into sin and confess to God as an act of faith to be cleansed from unrighteousness

This stands in sharp contrast to a famous licentious “antinomian” doctrine that creates categories that the Bible does not in regard to the believer's blameless walk before God

    5. The Message of Apostle John - Part 8

In this part, Sis. Ijeoma continues our study of the book of John from John 3:22-26.

She helps us look into John the Baptist's sense of fulfilment when his disciples attempted to compare his ministry to that of Jesus.

We also look at Apostle John's commentary on what it means to testify of Jesus and what it means to reject Christ.

    6. The Lonely Journey of Faith - Part 4

In the 4th part of the teaching series on the lonely journey of faith

Brother Sam continues in the exposition of Abraham’s Faith and shows what it means to be righteous and how it's possible to be righteous outside the law of Moses.

“Walk before me and the blameless”. God's instruction to the man who has believed and aligned with what God had said (the accurate description of what it means to have faith), was instructed to walk before God blameless.

A man of faith will have works as proof of his faith (How he walks before the Lord).

    8. The Lonely Journey of Faith - Part 3

We continue looking at the life of Abraham, the man of faith, as our model for our faith walk. In this sermon, Pastor Sam further highlights 3 characteristics of Abraham's faith walk

      1. The man of faith is a man of peace. He seeks to live peaceably with all men even at his own convenience.

      2. The man of faith is a man of just war. A man of faith will contend for that which is true and will give no room for injury to God's law and judgment for the sake of a shady description of peace

      3. A man of faith is a man who gives. He knows the one who owns all things and is generous in that regard. A stingy man lacks faith in God and is more concerned about His material state. A man who gives to get from God is not in faith either

We Hope this teaching helps you discover the true biblical faith of Abraham

    9. What the Bible Says About Forgiveness of Sins

In this Bible Study, Pastor Seye helps us to have a holistic view of the doctrine of forgiveness of sins, and what the bible teaches on the matter.

In this message, he answers questions like

      • Are we supposed to confess our sins?
      • Aren't we forgiven at salvation already?
      • Will God not forgive me if I don't forgive?

      • The Lonely Journey of Faith - Part 2

Pastor Sam continues the teaching series on the lonely journey of faith.

In this part, he highlights the actions of Abraham and Sarah as examples of what walking in faith really means.

However, the lingering question remains; how does this apply to contemporary times?

Pastor Sam uses Abraham's example of what faith really means: obeying God's commands as revealed in scripture.

Therefore in this teaching, we will see the implication of faith as it relates to family and marriage, possessions and vocation.
