It's June 8, 2026. This Is Getting Graphic's summer event begins with a look at the first two issues of Doomsday Clock, the official crossover between Alan Moore's Watchmen and the DC Universe. Nuclear war is back in a big way in the Watchmen universe, and Ozymandias's squid plan didn't work. Shocker. He and a new Rorschach recruit the criminals Mime and Marionette to attempt to find the all-powerful Dr. Manhattan, which is the only way to save their world. Good luck, kiddos. Oh, and also Superman has a bad dream. Will our protagonists track down Dr. Manhattan and save their world? How does Bruce Wayne keep passing corporate mandated psych exams? Hello, children. Please join us for a magical tale of wonder and adventure, as we hop back into the Claremont X-Men run with "Kitty's Fairy Tale". Little Illyana is so tired after having many thoughts of her impending doom, so to calm her mind and send her off to sleep, Kitty Pryde spins her a lovely bedtime story... off the top of her head, and based on people in real life. So why does she make some of them so goofy? I guess creative license wins out every time! Will Kitty's story succeed in calming Illyana to sleep? Why does that dragon look so much like a jet made by Lockheed Martin? And is that REALLY how Kitty sees Nightcrawler?? It's a tale that's sure to delight the young and young at heart, with only a minimal amount of cringe, we swear.

The Silver Age madness continues on This Is Getting Graphic as we take a look at an imaginary story (yeah, we know) featuring an alternate universe wherein Batman is the greatest nemesis of Superman! After Dr. Thomas Wayne dies under mysterious circumstances that his young son Bruce assumes are related to Superman, he vows revenge and to spend the rest of his life bringing the Man of Steel to justice! Unfortunately, this Bruce is a far cry from the world's greatest detective, choosing instead to just sort of become Batman on a whim while Superman goes about his business as normal. But hey! No supervillains in Gotham City! That's a plus! Will this vengeful version of the Dark Knight achieve his goal of taking down Superman? Does Superman always investigate the crimes of Lex Luthor from 12 feet above his head? And is that Robin creating an Internet meme?? It's dumbass vs. dumbass, so don't miss the retributive hilarity!

When Doom sets a trap for the Fantastic Four inside their own headquarters, the quartet has no choice but to follow his demands to save their lives! And what does he want? A time travel adventure with pirates, of course! What could Doom possibly want with ancient stolen pirate treasure?
