Losing weight is more of a mental challenge than physical, it has nothing much to do with following a some crazy diet plan Atkins or smoothie. Did you fall off the healthy lifestyle living wagon. Have you turned to those sugary foods that you swore you'd never eat again? If so, its all good. Don't beat yourself up over it. Accept your temporary set back and start grinding.

On the most basic level, hiking requires you and a trail. If you’re just starting out, don't buy the expensive gear. Just get some comfortable clothing, descent shoes, and you’re good to go.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity each week — or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity. Go hiking on a regular basis and your mind, body, and soul will love you.

Job number one is consistency. Consistently doing the right things everyday will pay in the long run for your mental stability, health, and fitness. Go after your dreams and be real to yourself.
