I’ve been reading this book called atomic habits and it has helped me in many ways so far here’s how you fix your procrastination, when you know you have to do some thing put a reward after it don’t put the reward before the task put it after so you have something to look forward too.
If any of you were thinking about becoming a Contin creator it doesn’t take a lot, you don’t need the most expensive equipment to start you must use what you have in order to get more otherwise you’ll be stuck in filled with regret start now if you’re going to start now everyone can create as long as you have a phone or some type of device you can do it .
In this episode it was kind of all over the place but ultimately I want to let you guys know that starting in February I will be doing one episode a month instead of every Monday, I’m trying to focus on other things right now but I’m not leaving this podcast behind or anything like that just giving you guys a heads up if you want to keep up with me on other social medias I have left them down below thank you for anybody who’s always tuned in I appreciate you !

You have to say fuck everyone when it comes to being yourself even if they don’t like you you can’t always have everyone like you it is impossible there are different perceptions out there as long as you are comfortable with your own perception of yourself it’ll be fine go for it.
Everyone spends too much time attached to a screen, I’ve decided I want to be more present in life and I guess a hobby is a good way of doing that. It’s a good way to occupy your time away from your phone or even TV and to be fully emerged in the present instead of mindlessly somewhere else.
One of the many things I like doing is to create, whether that’s in visual or audio I love making things in music is just one of them because you can express your feelings in many different tones informs and it be truly authentic.
