Hello my pleasure seekers!
Welcome to todays episode where I have Author, Podcast Host, and Freedom Coach Bek Antonucci.
Bek shares all about her experience when it comes to recovering from disordered eating, and how she caught Herpes at the young age of 25, and how this literally transformed her life. Bek shares her highs and lows, including numerous times she attempted to end her life, and experienced intense bullying at school. Bek eventually looked at herself, and found her inner core wound was coming from desperation of wanting to be loved, and acknowledged by others, instead of accepting herself.
Bek is one powerhouse, and someone who thrives off breaking the rules, speaking her truth, and banishing the stigma that comes with STI's, and how this was the amplifier to giving her the most fulfilled life. As it showed up as the vehicle for her to grow, and flourish.
I also share my own experience with Parasites, and how the body really holds the score, and how it continues to scream at you until you decide to look at what really needs healing within you.
We cover all about what you are avoiding is your super power, and how after this episode you two want to delve deeper in to see what you too are avoiding, then take some time out after the show, and sit with this.
