In today’s episode, I’m gonna talk about how my heart palpitations and my rapid heart rate decided to come back. The main reason that they came back is because I got put back into a stressful situation and a place that I experienced trauma from. Reexperiencing the trauma over again caused me to deal with a lot of panic. In return this caused by heart palpitations, and rapid heart rate to come back.

In today’s episode I’m gonna talk about how we ended up being without transportation again and how it affected my mental health. we ended up trapped at the egg donors home and that caused me to experience triggers from the trauma that I dealt with the last time.

And today’s episode I will be talking about how I have been hoping for a miracle to get better. In my episode, I talk about what people go through when it comes to their health and their mental health. I talk about how people just need a miracle to live their life. I myself do not feel like I’m living my life; I feel like I’m just existing and not living.
