It's opening day at the Hawaii State Legislature. Dignitaries, community leaders, and members of the public packed the gallery in the Senate chamber as business officially got underway. Maui police arrested a 15-year-old boy accused of smashing the windshield of a tourist's rental car last Friday. And President Trump arrived in Switzerland to meet with world leaders and deliver a highly anticipated speech at the World Economic Forum.
