2022 will bring new things, and not soon enough! 2021 not having a team has sucked, and we’re ready to get back to talking about a St. Louis team.

We do have plenty of updates since the last show (I’d hope so it’s been so long), so we’ve got things to cover.

No, not Big Beef.

Why do we sing “Louisville we hate you”? Where did the eyebrows joke come from? Why does Atlanta United have the most cowardly jerk front office?

We’re gonna cover where all our beefs come from. Thanks to those that brought up more on social media; they sparked even more recollections.

Word of warning: We already curse a lot. But this one is full of remembering venom and idiocy, so there’s an all-star level of cursing. We make Roy Kent look like Ted Lasso.

But it’s a great history lesson, or a great reminder for those that have been around.

Listen and prepare to yell curses a lot. Probably not good for work.

Sarah is doing a business this week, so we went old school and was just the three guys this week.

It honestly isn’t as good. We know.

We are finally talking chants this week on Show Up Make Noise. We asked you all to give us your best chants and we talk through a good selection of the chants we received and discuss what we like, what we don’t, and how we think a certain chant might be received. More importantly, we want to hear from you to hear what chants you think are great and which ones probably won’t make the the gameday sheet. 

We are not a news podcast. We are 3 members of the St. Louligan drum corps who literally didn’t know what to do with their hands in the 3 years of downtime between St Louis FC and STL CIty SC so we started a podcast to talk about what we want our section to look like. It’s been a long time since we released a show.

Mitch was on vacation, then got COVID on the way back, and quarantine meant everyone had to stay away…but now we’re all clean and (not really) healthy, so let’s talk some goings on!

Saturday is the first STLCity Academy game, our former players are succeeding, and we’ve had a lot to catch you up on. So much going on, it’s gonna be a strong end to the summer for soccer for our group.
