Patterns are all around us.  A pattern is " an original or model considered for or deserving of imitation."  What patterns do you see in scripture?  Any?  None?  If not, then my encouragement to you is to ask the Lord to put you in the pathway of a sharp believer/ministry that you can study with. 

Biblically, we see God establishes a pattern in male leadership from the Old Testament to the New Testament and it is UNDENIABLE!  Glory to God!
