We have just celebrated 10 years since we inaugurated the 2010 constitution. Have we made any strides as far as what the constitution writers had envisioned a decade ago? This regime has been accused of failing to implement this constitution and blatantly going against the constitution. In this episode, we briefly look into the process that brought this new constitution and what are some of the gains and shortcomings we have had so far.  

What are the independent offices and commissions as created by the 2010 constitution? It's 10 years since the new Kenyan constitution was promulgated. Have we achieved what the creators envisaged in the constitution and looking at the scorecard is it a ney or a yey.? I look at the independent offices and commissions and what their functions are and what are some of the shortcomings we have had since this crucial offices came to be.

Kenya is supposedly a democratic nation as we have been acclaimed to be since 1991.But are we really democratic?In this episode i delve into some issues that have been a deterrent to us achieving our full potential as a democracy.
