God is still speaking to those of us who are now considered by society as senior citizens, those of us who are in our golden years, the baby boomers. This message is mostly for those of us who are looked upon as being retired as well as others who find themselves faced with the temptations of becoming lethargic and losing interest in life itself. We're borrowing the words from the song in the movie Medagascar, "We've Got to Move It, Move It! We are the Caleb generation and we say as he did in Joshua 14 - WE ARE STILL WELL ABLE TO DO THIS! We must realize that not only are we able but we shall complete the assignments God has given us to accomplish. We will not allow tiredness, lethargy, and a lack of interest in life to cause us to stop moving and taking care of our physical bodies! When we stop moving physically we stop moving mentally and when we stop moving mentally we stop moving spiritually. Don't get out of the will of our Father by becoming  too inactive. There are things that God has promised His people corporately as well as individually. There have been prophets, pastors and preachers who have truthfully and accurately spoken God's word into the lives of His sons and daughters but because they chose to go a way that God never intended they stopped those promises from coming to pass.  Joshua 21:45 reads; 45 Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; every one was fulfilled.  Not one of His good promises to Israel failed.  God's promises to Israel didn't fail them then and they won't fail us now! When witnessing to the lost we must realize that we cannot bring people into  the kingdom of God without teaching them what He requires. New converts must understand what it means once they have entered into a new kingdom under a new King, Christ Jesus. They cannot be left without knowing the ways and system of the King they have accepted as Lord and Savior.  When a new convert is led in the sinners prayer and then left totally on their own they're nothing more than sheep for being fattened for lions. The numbers of souls in  the kingdom that are there or not there because of us will be couted either for us or against us. We will not only be accountable for how many come into the kingdom of God but also for the number that leave because of us. There are some who have become discouraged in seeking for souls and perhaps it’s because no one is responding. Our nets are still empty. No one is accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior through our witnessing. No one is receiving from you, from us when we attempt to talk to them about Jesus. In that case maybe, just maybe we’re casting on the wrong side of the boat. However, it's not an excuse to stop witnessing to others and bringing souls into the kingdom of God. When Satan tempted Jesus in the wilderness that temptation failed, the words he spoke to our Savior were not successful. But the Bible says that after failing he left Jesus until a more opportune time. He didn’t give up completely even with the Son of God. So how much more will he bring his attacks against us over and over again.  He left Jesus for a better or more convenient time. And so will it be with us as the sons and daughters of God. However, we must remember that we're the winner in these battles because God has already given us the victories!

This week's episode is not just a message but a prophectic warning that the enemy is planning attacks against the people of God.  And just as Uzziah, Jehoshaphat and Hezekiah built cisterns, reinforced and repaired the walls of Judah in preparations for attacks from their enemies, so should we repair, restore and build up the the areas of our lives and spirits that are torn down and weak before the attacks that Satan is planning begin to come against us. How many of us, sitting in our pews and on our benches each Sunday are looking at others and judging them literally forgetting where God has brought us from and what He’s delivered us from. There’s a difference between knowing and observing a person's sin and then self righteously condemning them in that sin. Unfortunately, while observing the sins of the lost many have allowed themselves not only to become their judges but their executioners as well. Many in the body of Christ have become judgmental. We must recognize when the enemy is trying to push our buttons! This is where he brings about such disagreements and divisions that marriages, families and friends are torn apart for lifetimes. Gang fights, racial murders and political uprisings are launched because the enemy pushes someone's buttons and someone on the opposing side feels that they have to push back. He not only start these arguments and quarrels but he keeps them going. This strategy occurs when one feels that they were wronged and shouldn’t have to and won’t apologize or worse yet, that they are too offended to accept an apology and then forgive and let go of the offense.
