For a long time, I didn’t realize how much of myself I had slowly given away.

I said yes to everything. I stayed busy. I stayed productive. I chased momentum because movement felt like healing after seasons that shook the foundation of my life.

But somewhere along the way, I stopped feeling free.

In this first episode of 2026, I’m sharing why my word for the year is free and how saying yes too often, caring too much about perception, navigating deeply personal challenges in a public space, and slowly dimming my own light left me disconnected from my joy, my creativity, and myself.

I talk honestly about:

• why “doing more” became a coping mechanism
• how losing external validation impacted my confidence
• what it’s like to grieve privately while being visible publicly
