Nurturing, Healing, Love. Six-year-old Jesse Lewis wrote these words on the refrigerator before heading to school on December 14, 2012. He never came home. Nash was among 20 children and six adults murdered by a 20-year-old gunman that day in Sandy Hook, CT. His mother, Scarlett Lewis, established the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement to offer free social and emotional learning to schools to help people thoughtfully respond to any situation, circumstance, or interaction. She shares her mission.
