Human feet evolved to be in direct contact with the earth and to carry the weight of our upright bodies. But the shoes we now wear to protect our feet, or to beautify them, are actually getting in the way of the job our feet were meant to do. In this episode we have stories of three people who are reclaiming their feet and making them fit for walking on again.
At This Paleo Life, we tell the stories of what life is like for people living Paleo in the twenty-first century. Being Paleo in today's world involves doing things that humans used to do as a matter of course, but which are now a little more complicated like eating nose to tail (which means eating all the parts of the animal, including the liver).
