I speak a-lot about the importance of acknowledging and celebrating your wins, and how far you have come these last 9 years and how you have survived 100% of the challenges you've been faced with so far! so congratulations!!!

And now from this new and expanded perspective, we move forward into initiating a new 9 year cycle with a whole new and strong foundation, that we get to create this year. This is the time for you to claim your highest reality and move into sacred aligned action towards the life of yours dreams!

Death and grief are powerful and magnificent teachers if we allow them to be. In this episode I speak about my personal experience with grief after loosing one of my closest friends, the lessons and gifts that I was able to encounter after allowing myself to fully experience the depths of grief without resistance. 

The only certain thing in this life is death and change, and that always comes accompanied by grief. In a society that doesn’t teach us how to embrace either of these natural and inevitable experiences of life, we become disconnected from the profound gifts and evolution that grief and death come to teach us by allowing us to love and live more fully.
