For the inaugural episode I sat down with two other former Fremantleites (RIP Gabbi you were sick but you'll be on the next one) and chatted about the port town we called home. We cover growing up in Fremantle, its sublime beaty and its long, spooky history, how essential convicts were to the colonisation of Western Australia, the barbarity of Rottnest Island, C.Y. O'Connor and more. There will be a part 2 which I want to dedicate to the ongoing plans to close and residentialise the port.
TTIL is recorded in Melbourne, Victoria, on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, which were never ceded.

Hi there, I'm Al, and I've created this podcast to interview all my friends because I think they are uniquely funny and interesting people and I want to learn about the things they love most in…
The premise is simple - they choose a topic that is of great interest and importance to them; their profession, a hobby, a book, a film, an animal, a place, anything! If it's something they would be excited to talk about for an hour, I want to interview them.
You can join me once a week where I'll sit down and interview my friends about their special topic, and if you're a member of my Patreon, you'll receive one additional episode each month, all for the cost of a cup of coffee.
