    In this episode, Jake discusses how to get the perfect testimonial for your business. As businesses increasingly move online, breaking down that barrier or “fourth wall” with your customer and really meet them on a human level can be a challenge.

    The sooner you’re able to move people through that “Know, Like & Trust” relationship, the sooner you’ll have a stream of new clients and customers ready to do business with you.

    Today, I discuss the 4 steps to get the perfect testimonial for your business, so you can accelerate building relationships and confidence with new customers.

    The 4 steps are

    1. Offer a valuable BONUS training / secret training (or create one) that will be useful to your audience.
    2. Contact your network - start from the warmest leads and work outwards - inviting them to get access to your bonus training in exchange for a testimonial.
    3. Be specific - get clear on EXACTLY what you want your customers to say so it’s easy for them to leave a (positive) review.
    4. Automate the process - give clear guidance about HOW your clients can leave a review for you and access their bonus training.

        In this episode, Jake shares 5 big reasons why building a personal brand is so important. Of course, Instagram is the home of the influencer and there’s no better platform to build your personal brand and network with likeminded people.

        1. Take care of your own economy - as the world is changing… package and sell your knowledge expertise so you can get paid over and over again.
