I am delighted to welcome to the podcast Jimmy Hatherley from Unity Brewing in Southampton.
Unity was founded in Southampton in Dec 2016. Unity believe that beer is unique in bringing people together as a result of bringing ingredients together. At Unity they produce modern craft beer to make people feel good, united and satisfied.

This was another visit that I promised to make during a podcast which we actually followed through on!
Steve and Rob from TWICB made the journey to the beautiful Somerset countryside recently to visit Stu and Jasper on a ridiculously hot Saturday evening.
Yonder have a superb location with loads of lovely outdoor space. We highly recommend that you arrange to call in on a Saturday yourself before the summer is over!

When I first interviewed Andy from Three Hills for the Podcast in October 2020, he had just got the keys to their new Bermondsey Beer-Mile Brewery and Taproom. At the time we discussed their grand-opening plans, although we couldn't have imagined that we still had a long eight months of lock-down ahead of us.
I knew that a trip to the Three Hills Outpost in Bermondsey was always going to be a priority for me, once things had opened up again, and I was thrilled to sit down there with Andy last week (complete with authentic railway background noise!) to record an update.

Little Earth Project are based in a idyllic, peaceful and remote corner of South Suffolk, and they have a campsite and a pub, and a brewery.
When I first recorded with Tom last year, I express surprise that anybody ever actual left, once they had found their way there! I knew that I needed to go and check-it out in person, and I roped in my TWICB-Partner Steve, to act as wingman.
There is a bit of wind-interference on this recording, but on the whole, I think it turned out quite well.
I thoroughly recommend that everyone within striking distance of Suffolk makes the effort to spend the weekend camping at Little Earth Preoject at some point this summer. Tom and Dani are great hosts, and you will definitely struggle to drag yourself away, when the time comes to return to the rat-race!
