The British rock group came to Chrysler Museum to meet the late Frank Kelly Freas, the "Dean of Science Fiction Artists." Freas used to live in Virginia Beach for 25 years. Queen drummer Roger Taylor spotted a Freas illustration of a robot, which was used on the cover of their 7th album, "News of the World," which sold 10 million copies! The current hit movie “Bohemian Rhapsody” is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer, the late Freddie Mercury.
