What if Artificial Intelligence got so good at predicting what consumers want, that a virtual "Santa" could just automatically deliver Christmas toys, without parents even needing to order them in advance?

Ganz, who is a Professor of Strategic Management, at the University of Toronto concludes that while AI can be extremely useful in business; much of its promise may not be fully realized for years to come.
Find out why, listen now.
