(Oct 14, 2022) High waters will be a problem this weekend, but if you play it very safe it will also be a great weekend for a hike to one of the region’s many waterfalls.

(Sep 8, 2022) The race starts in Old Forge at 8 am Friday morning - the finish line is at Lake Flower in Saranac Lake on Sunday. Expect heavier than usual use along the route.
