This Will Never Work

Stand Up Comedy and Television dynamo Brent Butt joins me on the show today. This episode truly means so much to me, because Corner Gas is one of my all time favorite shows. Brent taking (so much!) time to sit down to chat with me will live forever in my head. We talk about the beginnings of his career and how that lines up with me strangely, his new book and of course, a deep dive into Corner Gas, one of the most iconic Canadian TV shows of all time.

Todays guest is a certified artist. Cally AKA Found.Wanting on instagram, is a bad ass entrepreneurial wizard and she is all about making money.

She runs a few different companies but at the core, she is an incredibly talented photographer. Her style is unreal and I am so happy to have Cally on the show today. This episode is up there with my all time favorites.  So funny.

It’s Halloween! Today I’m chatting with my friend Michael 8 of Spetembryo. He’s a musician and artist from Calgary. This dude loves the paranormal, so of course we were going to talk about that.

As well, we get into his very interesting sleep paralysis dreams, all of the horror movies he wants to watch, and therapy by using Psycha***ics!

This was an incredible episode and I’m thankful Mike could do it. Be sure to stay to the end to hear his new song VHS(Violent Horror Stories).

Part 2 of my interview with Hero. This dude is unreal. We continue talking about wrestling, we talk about the music industry and so much more.

This Hunk right here is  @HERO . He is a bonafide, superfly, outta sight Hunk. He makes Hunk Pop. He loves movies. And he loves wrestling too.

I was super excited to have Hero on to talk about his new album Hunk Music. He has been one of my favorite artists for quite a while now, and I am incredibly lucky to call him a friend now.

He is super insightful, incredibly funny and Hunky as hell. Listen as we get through part 1 of this amazing sit down!

Todays guest is a model, influencer and all around wonderful human. Lexi has built a following on her unabashedly "no f***s given" approach to what other people think of her. She is a role model and that is why I sat down to talk with her.

This episode is heavy, as we do talk a bit about sex and it's vilification in culture.

This weeks guest is hands down one of my favorite artists and a complete bad ass. Karrie Arthurs is the owner of Blackbird Electric in Calgary, AB and she has spent her career carving a path all her own.

The dedication and hard work she puts into her craft has inspired me personally and it was an absolute joy to finally meet her and befriend her on the show.

I also can't wait because she agreed to tattoo my whole back!

This week on TWNW I caught up with one of my oldest friends. We haven't sat down to talk like this in over 10 years, but truly it felt like no time had passed at all. We were right back in High School, telling jokes, making each other bust a gut laughing. Devon is a giant ball of energy, a talented musician and someone I truly love with all my heart.

Join us as we bare all and tell you some of the most intimate, embarrassing stories we've never really told anyone before.

This week I sat down with musician, photographer, artist and my friend, Christoph aka Wettworker. We hadn't seen each other in a while, so the both of us had a lot to catch up on. We had a lot of laughs about past projects we worked on together, got really deep on trauma affecting our current selves, as well dove in headfirst on the size of Christophs ding dong.

This is an episode for the ages, and as always we are breaking past the barrier that tells us THIS WILL NEVER WORK. (He said the title!)

Jon Moretta is a comic book and tattoo artist at Smiling Buddha, based out of Calgary, AB. What he also is, is a massive VHS fan as well. This is where our connection begins. This lovely man came and did the show, but also brought gifts. This episode is full of surprises, as well as nerdy goodness. I will definitely be having Jon back soon! Check out his artwork, his upcoming comic series Lumpy Slump and also, go get tattooed by him!
