Are you really happy or just really comfortable?
It's not always a question we like to answer because "Ooh that comfort zone can feel so warm and cuddly".
It's familiar.
We know what to expect.
It's a safe place.
And it may seem like a contradiction, but as safe as it feels it can still be uncomfortable.
It's a place that can stifle our growth
Keeping us from reaching our full potential or pursuing a career that's more aligned with who we are now at our mid-career stage.
Watch to identify how you can embrace your discomfort to get ahead?

Thanks to the pandemic, the world is sensitized to the normalcy of career change - in fact there's probably an expectation of career change.
But for those of us over 40, there's still some hesitation to making a move.
You may feel that you've invested so much to get to the point of where you are now that the most difficult thing is how do you have your next chapter without it.
That's ok, it's a challenge we all face, (we wouldn't be human if we didn't), but let me share with you 7 things I believe you should be considering in the process.

Even though career coaching is often viewed as being exclusively for senior professionals executives, I’m here to tell you that if you feel you need guidance and support navigating your career then coaching is for you.
The challenge is how do you choose the right one for you?
