When I say risk here, I don’t mean jumping out of a plane type risk, I’m talking about social and psychological risks.
Doing new things, doing the things that your self-doubt tells you you can’t.

It doesn’t matter where you come from or what burdens you carry—you need to stop apologizing for who you are.
We can find ourselves apologizing for having a voice, being present, ideas, opinions and dreams.
Every unnecessary “I am sorry” is eroding your self-confidence and self-belief.
Every unnecessary "I am sorry" means you are missing the opportunity to feel good about what you bring to the table.

Do you struggle asking for what YOU want or need?
Do you resist asking for help or support?
