How do we look at things? How do we engage with the arts, and how does art make us feel? Dean asks Rita Wright, director of the Springville Museum of Art, not-so-rhetorical questions concerning the phenomenology of experiencing paintings in an exhibit, and how art can connect us with the Proustian parts of our lives.
