Today, we held the first live session of the Thom Hartmann Well-Read Troublemakers Book Club.

Thom Hartmann talked about his book, Who Killed the American Dream, as well as Unequal Protection, which inspired it.

We welcomed a wide range of members to the live chat, and several asked Thom questions over the hour. Thank you to all who joined Thom and moderator Nigel today.

The full hour is available to you, whether or not you are a subscriber, as this is the first live session.

September Book of the Month

Looking Backward is available as a free download from Project Gutenberg.

Each Sunday in September, Thom will post a summary of parts of the book, and paid subscribers can comment on their thoughts.

To be able to comment on posts during the month, you’ll need to be a paid subscriber to the Hartmann Report.

As a paid subscriber, you can comment on any of the posts at the Hartmann Report.

On the last Sunday of the month, September 27, we will hold a live session on Substack, where you can ask Thom your questions and chat with other book club members. The live session starts at Noon ET / 9 am PT.
