DOUBLEHEADER! Episode 24 featuring repeat guest Josh "Pure" Plunkett is our longest offering yet, clocking in at just over 2 hours. Fair warning, this episode is NSFW. Episode 24.5 finds Andy, Chad and Devs fresh home from the Evidence show at VooDoo Lounge, conversing over a myriad of topics.

Andy and Chaddy read listener e-mails, discuss their bucket lists, and speak on the death of that bomber fuckbag in Austin.

Andy and Chad welcome fellow coach Josh "Pure" Plunkett to the podcast. Convos include the remaining week of the CrossFit Open and Dave Castro's suspicious 18.4 score, why being starstruck is an opportunity, and listener e-mails.

Andy and the Saturday crew talk about this week's hip-hop news, Devs' recent sobriety and the majestic nectar that is egg nog.

Andy Arson Newton and Chad "Sprinkles" Worman talk about their meditation practices, respond to a listener's inquiry regarding nutrition and dissect how daylight savings time is some fuck shit.

Andy and Chad address Dave Castro's %#!*ing clues towards 18.4, the success of "the Hive" episode, and why you if you don't hustle you won't eat.

Episode 18.5: "The Hive." by thorocast

Andy and the Saturday crew talk about the significance of March 9th, vacation security, the murder of B.I.G. and a bunch of other shit.

Andy and Chaddy talk about the recent killing of a local law enforcement officer, read an e-mail from an avid listener and discuss the results of Andy's IQ test.

Andy has a conversation with Taylor Williamson; a super dope human being who happens to also be phenomenally fit. She has competed at the CrossFit Games twice with Team OC3 Black, and is currently curb-stomping the 2018 Open. We had some technical difficulties, so I apologize for any static.
