Our eighth guest is Ash Coulton! She’s a 34 year old mom of two boys and has had hair loss for 9 years. She was offically diagnosed with Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia in August of 2020. She started an instagram account to try and find other people who were experiencing the same thing, but didn’t have much luck. There are many types of hair loss that aren’t talked about enough, and FFA is one of them. It was an absolute pleasure to have Ash on and learn more about FFA to spread more awareness about it.

But before taking that big leap, he talks about the lack of someone to talk to about his hair loss, bullying, toxic masculinity, and how important it is to have an avenue or person to vent and talk things though.

We know there are many people that don’t have social media that listen to our podcast and wanted to discuss everything to the best of our abilities. This is also going to be a raw and unedited podcast, as we wanted to push this out as soon as we could to offer support to anyone that needs it.
This is a trigger warning for those who are uncomfortable hearing about suicide or bullying. If at any time during this episode you feel like you need to stop listening, please do.
