Had an amazing conversation with Sergeant First Class Shannon Ward! He was open about catching up with family life after Retiring from the military and how he felt left out when it came to dealing with situations that would occur. My takeaway from this interview was, always leave room to grow from someone else's experience. You never know how far it could take you.

Had an awesome conversation about Retirement with Master Sergeant Errol Acosta. Transition is not easy for a lot of people but it seemed bittersweet for Errol Because he said he won't miss the Negativity but will miss the Comradery he had with the people. Had a very interesting interview with Lieutenant Nathaniel Hamilton, who knows both sides of military service, a non-commissioned and commissioned officer.
