Chief Master Sergeant Ralph Ave. advises  transitioning  military soldiers to network prior to getting out. Networking increases professional visibility and potentially places one in direct contact with employers.

SERGEANT FIRST CLASS Bruce Smith,  advice was to plan and do your research don't wait until the day you get out to start planning for you future. Take advantage of the programs that they have available for you.

Specialist Allen Donohoe, leaves us with some important advice! Take every Resource that you can get while transitioning out of the military because that is a process that he did not take advantage of but now he is on a straightened arrow and taking care of his benefits.

Master Sergeant Errol Acosta reference God as the mean source to gain insight in to becoming a better leader. Also Analytical skills is a characteristic that he said should be a part of every leader. 

Sergeant Major Michael Salazar,  Interview was very motivational. There are two parts of this interview that I would love my viewers to pay attention to. When he talks about Purpose and Passion and the second is Delusional Entitlement.

Sergeant 1st class Quentylyn Thompson, advice was to take your time to learn the process of your VA benefits while your in the military. This is another person  That Emphasized having your medical records up-to-date before leaving the military is very important.
