This may sound stupid to many of you but if you’re writing an offer out your freaking contact information on the offer to purchase.

All too often, especially with Condo purchases, people are leaving themselves too exposed to risk.

Buying a home in Massachusetts? buying a home in the Greater Boston area? It’s critical to be available and be flexible as much as possible when new homes come on the market.

Another example of why you have to put in the offer.

The fact is you can’t judge what other agents are posting online as a reflection of their production or success. Don’t get caught up comparing yourself to someone else. Be the best version of you each day and be a little better than the day before.

Trying to come in low with the assumption a seller will come back and ask for “best and final”. I’ve seen people get burned by this.
