This may sound stupid to many of you but if you’re writing an offer out your freaking contact information on the offer to purchase.

All too often, especially with Condo purchases, people are leaving themselves too exposed to risk.

Buying a home in Massachusetts? buying a home in the Greater Boston area? It’s critical to be available and be flexible as much as possible when new homes come on the market.

Another example of why you have to put in the offer.

Once in a while people ask me what they should wear to see property. And it’s not a bad question (none are). My wife makes a guest spot and drops her take on this topic.

Are you a business owner? If you’re a real estate agent you are (even if you work for a Broker). The truth is, any small business owner needs to be constantly on the search for talent and probably change how they approach it too.

It’s easy as a new agent, or even an experienced one, to get caught up in what others are doing. The fact is you can’t judge what other agents are posting online as a reflection of their production or success. Don’t get caught up comparing yourself to someone else. Be the best version of you each day and be a little better than the day before.

Thinking that you might go in below what you’re willing to pay because there will be a “best and final” situation? I’m here to tell you to rethink this so you don’t get burned.

Trying to come in low with the assumption a seller will come back and ask for “best and final”. I’ve seen people get burned by this.
