Thoughts From X To Z

This week after a short hiatus we are back with our thoughts on the results of the election, the avenues taken by both candidates and their teams as well as the next two years of potential policy for both parties.

On this week's episode we give our final thoughts on the 2020 presidential election. We go over our thoughts on rhetoric and messaging as well as a final update on the electoral map.

This week we discuss the performances and impacts of the town halls that replaced the second debate. We also discuss the political grandstanding occurring over the nomination of Amy Coney Barret.

On this week's episode, we discuss our thoughts on the performances of the two vice-presidential candidates in their debate. We also discuss how the White House stated it would stop talks on Covid relief and the partisanship that arose out of the foiled attempt to kidnap Governor Whitmer

On this week's episode, we discuss the mess that was the first presidential debate and how we felt that there was nothing gained on either side from watching the debate. Additionally, we discuss the president and his family contracting COVID 19 and what it could mean for the country. Also, a minor update from now on as we were having occasional issues recording during the week and getting an episode out on Thursday we have made the decision to change our uploads to be each weekend.

This week after a week off we're back with an extra long episode in which we break down our predictions for the electoral college and the polling in current swing states. We also examine key Senate races and whether we think Democrats could retake the Senate. This is the first episode of a recurring series in which we will be updating our predictions as polls and public opinion continues to change leading into the election. This week we did not record or publish a full conversation however we have some big plans moving forward for the show!
