Mel Robbins said a good life is a life with alot of good days. It made me realize that we have control over what happens in a day. We can choose whether the day is going to be good or bad based off of our reaction and our perception. We can create happiness through our actions. I.e. choosing to get a therapist, revisiting an old hobby, or taking care of ourselves mentally and physically.
