An altar is where you go to work your magick as a witch. For me it is just a place to go and venerate my ancestors and keep track of my success. There are plenty of things that go on your altar like pictures and things that your ancestors liked. For a naturalist like me I'll just cook their favorite food or drink their favorite coffee. It's almost like living life through their eyes.

I almost forgot about my first therapy experience in college. Our therapy department was located in the cultural building and housed the career center and grad students working toward their psychology degrees. What I thought was a slight from my therapist, was really her trying to tell me something.
