It's my beautiful beloved Soulmate's birthday today and I am honored to see her grow yet another year older and wiser. I talk about how I think the key to a healthy and happy relationship is about being complimentary, and treating others how They want to be treated.

There was a video by Flux about what role politics play in our work. Many of the comments were split down the middle. I agree with the thought that politics are always in play, simply because politics are the projections of human opinions, beliefs, and biases. Just because you are ignorant of all this doesn't mean that they don't exist. I think it's important to consider what are the politics of the place you want to work so that you are not ignorantly supporting something that runs counter to your beliefs.

I oftentimes just lay in the bed letting my mind wonder and reflect in the morning. I think it allows your brain to organize itself. An idle mind is not the devil's playground, it's your home. Leaving time for stillness means leaving space for yourself.

I share my frustrations about how much I've fallen off from keeping up with my goals and habit routines. It's important to know what path you want to walk so that you know when you're no longer on it. Keeping a routine helps you make decisions ahead of time and keeps you moving towards a more fulfilling life, whatever that is to you. I've been making excuses as to why I didn't have time to make or follow my own routines and goals for months now, but having those goals at all allows me to self correct.

Mental health is hard thing to deal with when you repress your feelings. We all have some form of stress, anxiety, or drama that impact our psychology. It is imperative to face that before it blows up in your face. In this entry, I explore that idea through the lense of my own battles with depression and insecurity.

It's been over 10 years since we developed mobile devices. 60-80% of all web traffic is through mobile phones, and yet many websites are not mobile friendly. Now imagine how bad this will be as the world shifts to augmented and virtual reality over the next few years. I want to help the world transition to the next era of design more smoothly than we did the last...
