Todays episode is quite interesting. I've never been taught in a group nor one to one setting on why its good to ry or why its good to allow myself to feel out my emotions. There is an unhealthy culture of masculinity that will be taught until the end of days that is crippling the maturity and personal growth of men in America. We truly have officially made it to spring and we can rejoice in the splendor of the newly pollenated plants and busy streets, and beautiful feels of the weather.
