  • My interview with Kerri Hummingbird

I interviewed Kerri Hummingbird. Kerri Hummingbird, Soul Guide, is a conscious channel of guidance from etheric ascended masters including White Eagle and White Buffalo Calf Woman. Her last book "The Second Wave: Transcending the Human Drama" was channeled from White Eagle, was a #1 International Bestseller, and has remained on the top 100 charts on Amazon for over 77 weeks. Kerri Hummingbird has served as a social activist, leader, and philanthropist for over three decades. She is the Founder of the Skills Not Pills Movement and Host of the Soul Nectar Show. Ms. Hummingbird inspires people to lead their lives wide awake with an authenticity, passion, and purpose that positively impacts others. She catalyzes mind shifts that transform life challenges into gifts of wisdom with her Reinvent Yourself programs for individual and group mentoring. She is the author of the award-winning best-selling book Awakening To Me: One Woman’s Journey To Self Love which describes the early years of her spiritual awakening.

Nine years ago, she stated that she was waking up with nightmares and struggling with self-loathing and self-sabotage. And didn't want to be here on Earth anymore, but could not leave her children behind. She knew that she could not keep living the way things were going, so she had to make a change. Kerri said that she broke free of her cage and found help from an unexpected place. She discovered the Red Road, an indigenous path of spirituality that connected me to Mother Earth and all the allies here to help her.

Kerri said that on her journey to Peru, she met the indigenous Q'ero people high up in the Andes mountains, and realized something profound about our Western culture. The Q'ero live close to the Earth with limited economic means, surrounded by rocks (because that's what there is high up in the Andes)--yet they have love, support, family, and community.

She said "As a Western woman, I was surrounded by material opulence, yet filled up with rocks on the inside from self-abuse, broken relationships, and strained family ties. Walking the Red Road has awoken fierce love within me, and is healing all of my relationships day by day. I know this is a path that will help you, too".

I strongly encourage everyone to buy her book follow her and be transformed by her insights.

  • My interview with Avi Wolfson

I interviewed Avi Wolfson. Avi Wolfson leverages a career as a licensed realtor, professional salesperson, 3-time axe throwing champion, and best-selling author to help audiences directly as a professional speaker. Wolfson, an expert in resilience, entrepreneurship, and self-discovery, inspires others with his story of overcoming childhood trauma and mental health challenges and finding work-life balance. In addition, Wolfson is a proponent of failure as part of the success process, giving back positivity into the universe by paying it forward.

As a young adult, he was diagnosed with Bipolar Type I (previously known as Manic Depression) and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). The anxiety was evident and present within his family but seldom talked about, nor did he have permission to feel sad or express any feeling besides happiness. In addition, he felt pressured to take on heavily religious activities he had no interest in; this all took a heavy toll, leading him to drink, take drugs, and music as vices.

He joined the US National Guard in high school to absolve himself of this shame. He stated that he was proud to serve a country that he loved and protected the society in which Americans live so freely, but being in the military didn’t prevent any of his problems, nor did they make them go away. As a self-starter, independent learner, and resilient survivor, he knew that he had to find it within himself if he had any hope of a resolution. Every rejection he’d faced led to something better; He said that he had found a purpose within, to help others discover a champion inside.

What started as writing would eventually become thirty titles about his experience in childhood and evolved into life coaching, helping others become confident and experienced, and now a career as a public speaker. He searches for those underdogs who struggle with business, life, and mental health and shows them the champion they have inside.
