First, The plaintiff was married to the defendant for 29 years. He claims he caught her talking to other men online and then she cheated with his best friend. He’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant says her ex was mentally and verbally abusive, and she was forced to take out a restraining order because he stalked her. She’s countersuing for harassment.

Then, The plaintiff and defendant used to be close friends because their daughters started hanging out a lot. The plaintiff claims she loaned $200 to the defendant because she needed it for a phone bill but hasn’t been repaid. She’s suing for an unpaid loan. The defendant stopped being friends with the plaintiff because she believed the plaintiff was abusing pain pills.

Plus, The plaintiff says she dated the defendant and everything was great until he cheated with his ex. She insists he’s the father of her twins, but he denies it. She’s petitioning the court for a paternity test. The defendant claims he saw another man running from the plaintiff’s hotel room around the time she conceived, so he has doubts he’s the dad.
