INTERVENTION!

A dark time for Ricardo. He has been fooled by those he called friends. They agreed to do a Star Wars The Last Jedi addendum and instead attacked him with wild accusations. You can call him Ben Solo because he has been betrayed by those he trusted. 

Instead we talk about Nintendo's new direct. and hot new game announcements such as Dark Souls (like Ricardo's and Ben's), Mario Tennis (Ricardo will have the high ground), and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze (He never liked sand, it's coarse and it gets everywhere). I guess that last one is snow. The tropical stuff got me messed up. I guess I Hoth to do better next time.

We cap it all off with a sweet round of 'Why you do that, Reddit?' The whole time Ricardo was making his way through the Force Unleashed and thinking about seeing the Last Jedi again... (Pan down onto planet earth)

End of the year is coming and we have something excited to talk about... Or read... because this week we scrape the bottom of the Reddit barrel and hear some ridiculous posts from the worst and I mean the worst, people.

Suprise Christmas Gift!!! We review the year! Seems like a daunting task, but we took it on and we felt like we succeeded. Top five lists are all the norm this time of year and ours is the best top five list of all top five lists because it's three top five lists in one episode. One list for each of our hosts. And there is one item from 2016 and one dark horse, so we don't just stick to this year and anything can happen! Gauranteed.

We watched the film together, we laughed together, we ate popcorn together, we cried together... ok that last one was just me. The last one, like the Last Jedi. HEY-OH.

We sat around the old round table (actually a square table) to discuss our feelings about this divisive film. We spent a bit dancing around spoilers and then we spent a long bit diving deep into our enjoyment of the film. Some of us liked it more than others. I'll just leave it at that.

What a wonderful week to be alive. A week after the Game Awards we tally up the score and see what we got wrong, what we got right, and what we were surprised by. 

 

We also discuss Coco and the recent controversy surrounding the film. Is Disney not doing all it can to promote the film? Is the Frozen short bad? We answer all those questions.

 

Fortnite was broken. Michelle and Josh, avid Fortnite players talk about their issues following the release of the 50 v 50 mode.
