Gary and Bryan are back to talk about the band's new song finally being out, available to stream, download, purchase. It's a "Brand New Day". The boys also talk about some things; like jobs, the Kings of The Wild Things, and a bunch of stupid stuff, like how much better food tastes when it's expensive, Cover Band Central, and more.

TheBandBiG! at the Battle of the Bands, JR Auditions for a musical, JR goes to see a musical, and he likes it! Cookie's BBQ Sauce, and our special guest, Sara O'Connor. JR's cousin that is living the dream in Breckenridge Colorado.
JR is back, he's got Three Things, a monologue and a song for you, as well as an interview with his Aunt Elaine all the way from the heartland, Emmetsburg Iowa.
JR is gonna take a few weeks off, so he's got a lot of things to get off his chest before his little vacation. And while he's away, you should check out his other show, Crutchfield: The Podcast. It's available pod places, also, here's a link:

JR goes worldwide, in more ways than one, does a reading of a vintage "Three Things", checks for vaccines at a comedy show, and then he gets in to this week's Three Things. Practice make perfect, Crutchfield: The Podcast, and a kink in the armor.
DC Comedian Alex Castagne is my special guest this week. I caught him waiting for the bus, with 1% battery left on his phone, you might want to see how that plays out. Also, JR goes deep for Thing #1, and you get to hear Jack White's influence on TheBandBiG! With a recording from band practice.
Meghan Hensley is J.R.'s daughter-in-law, married to Chester Hensley. And while driving her two daughters, my granddaughters, to the beach, we connected on Facebook Messenger and did the podcast thing. JR also has Three Things of his own to tell you about. The main thing, Yacht Rock, and his dumb guy voice.

This week, after JR gets his Three Things off his chest, he talks to Inspirational Speaker, Massage Therapist, Equine Facilitative Connection Coach, and brand new Stand-up Comic, Elysia Jane Buss. She showed up at an open mic JR was hosting, and JR called her out of the blue to do the show, and wow, things got funny, deep, and stupid, in all the right ways.

The Global Resources for Men is a private membership based group where men will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of incredible men as they dive into a variety of topics surrounding masculinity. Men are encouraged to share the programs they're doing, books they've enjoyed reading, movies they like, podcasts they're enjoying, exercises, recipes, cool projects, etc. It's to build a brotherhood, to bond, to vulnerably share their struggles as well as their wins. The site is held by Elysia Buss, who is the only woman allowed on the site. Men will be offered a safe space to vulnerably lean into a community of men to ask questions and speak on topics they are struggling with. In doing so, they will have a support network, and a sort of brotherhood to help lift them up, as well as hold them accountable in a healthy, non judgmental fashion.
Brandon and JR have one big thing in common, we've both crashed our motorcycles, and we don't mind talking about it. The crash itself, the aftermath, it's effect on our families, etc. Also, JR gives you Three things of his own, including some talk about those pesky statues.
