[Matthew 6:9-13 NIV] "This, then, is how you should pray: " 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, [10] your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. [11] Give us today our daily bread. [12] And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. [13] And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.'
We have an ________________ who wants to ________________ us.
[1 Peter 5:8] Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.
God has made us _______________ not _______________.
[2 Thessalonians 3:3] But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one.
God alone can ________________ us from the attacks of the evil one.
[1 John 4:4] But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.
________________ is ours through Jesus Christ.
[1 John 2:14] I have written to you who are God's children because you know the Father. I have written to you who are mature in the faith because you know Christ, who existed from the beginning. I have written to you who are young in the faith because you are strong. God's word lives in your hearts, and you have won your battle with the evil one.
God's ________________ in your heart will help you win the ________________ against the evil one.
God is never taken by __________________ by the issues you face.
[1 John 5:4-5 NIV]
for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. [5] Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.

[13] And lead us not into temptation...
God has given us ____________ ____________ but that comes with temptation to do wrong.
[James 1:13-15] And remember, when you are being tempted, do not say, "God is tempting me." God is never tempted to do wrong, and he never tempts anyone else. [14] Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away. [15] These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death.
It is impossible to be tempted by something you don't ____________________.
[Mark 7:15] It's not what goes into your body that defiles you; you are defiled by what comes from your heart."
Don't blame the _______________ for the bad choices you made.
[1 Corinthians 10:12-13] If you think you are standing strong, be careful not to fall. [13] The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.
You cannot _______________ temptation but you can __________________ it.
You can _______________ the temptations that come your way.
[James 1:12] God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
God will _______________ you for resisting temptation.

We all have a debt of ____________ that we cannot pay.
[Romans 3:23] For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard.
We tend to _______________ when our sins are forgiven but ________________ when we have to forgive others.
[Matthew 6:14-15] "If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. [15] But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.
God's forgiveness __________________ on your willingness to forgive others.
God wants us to be slow to be __________________ and quick to __________________.
[Matthew 18:32-35] Then the king called in the man he had forgiven and said, 'You evil servant! I forgave you that tremendous debt because you pleaded with me. [33] Shouldn't you have mercy on your fellow servant, just as I had mercy on you?' [34] Then the angry king sent the man to prison to be tortured until he had paid his entire debt. [35] "That's what my heavenly Father will do to you if you refuse to forgive your brothers and sisters from your heart."
It's hard for us to forgive until we understand the __________________ of our sin.
[Romans 13:8] Owe nothing to anyone--except for your obligation to love one another.
Forgiveness has the power to __________________ or __________________ every relationship in your life.

The goal of prayer is to get __________________ to God not to get things.
God's __________________ don't always come in the way that we __________________.
[Matthew 6:9-11 NIV] "This, then, is how you should pray: " 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, [10] your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. [11] Give us today our daily bread.
God cares about your __________________ needs.
[Exodus 16:4-5] Then the LORD said to Moses, "Look, I'm going to rain down food from heaven for you. Each day the people can go out and pick up as much food as they need for that day. I will test them in this to see whether or not they will follow my instructions. [5] On the sixth day they will gather food, and when they prepare it, there will be twice as much as usual."
When God is your _____________ you'll never run _______.
[Philippians 4:19 CSB] And my God will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
God may not give us what we need for _________________ but He will definitely give us what we need for __________.
[Matthew 6:31-34] "So don't worry about these things, saying, 'What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?' [32] These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. [33] Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. [34] "So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today.
Jesus is the __________________ of Life.
[John 6:48-51] Yes, I am the bread of life! [49] Your ancestors ate manna in the wilderness, but they all died. [50] Anyone who eats the bread from heaven, however, will never die. [51] I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Anyone who eats this bread will live forever; and this bread, which I will offer so the world may live, is my flesh."
God wants you to trust in the __________________ not the __________________.
