Today it’s about the difficult things that’s what I titled this episode. It’s about letting go and it’s about letting go of the most difficult thing you’ll ever have to let go of.

The name of this episode is it all connect and when you give it a listen, you’ll understand how it all connects.

On this episode, I titled talk about them. That’s exactly what I want you to do if you’re grieving the loss of someone dear to you talk about them.

I talk about hearts and flowers, which is what I called this episode because we are a week from Valentine’s Day and I know that there are people who will enjoy that day and people who just wish they could sleep through it. I’m kind of in the middle.

The title of this episode is, I am not perfect. I would certainly hope that anybody who listens does not think I feel that way about myself. Nope I am far from perfect.

You’ve always had the power, my dear where have you heard that before might be out of the movie Wizard of Oz while you have and that’s what I talked about today.

I titled today’s episode get it checked because I had to get something checked this week medically and I’m glad I did.

I titled this episode vanilla, because I finally let go of vanilla in my life this week.

I titled this episode I tried only because there’s a name in inside the episode that I could not pronounce but I tried.  I did and today is all about wondering if I had a soul back when I didn’t feel safe that’s a good one to think about isn’t it.

Holding two things at the same time as the title of today’s episode because we can all do this we can hold things that make us happy, and we can hold things that make us sad at the same time give it a listen.
